It’s easy to get off track, isn’t it… We start off with a great plan and then something comes along to distract or even sabotage us. This is true in all aspects of our life but especially true when it comes to weigh loss. Losing weight can seem an insurmountable task and keeping it off next to impossible. The truth is we all too often bite off more than we can chew. Taking on more than we can handle is a recipe for “dropping it all”. A much better plan is to commit to 1 or 2 lifestyle changes at a time. Choose changes that you know you can maintain for the longterm. Commit to these for at least 6 weeks before adding another.
