    40 Days to a Healthier Happier ChristmasChristmas Day Tip #5:  I once heard someone say, “You can have what you really want but you can’t have everything.”  It was stated about money but I believe it also applies to food.  Be choosy!  Maybe hold off on the bread and appi’s so you have more room for dessert. Forgo the potatoes for dressing or vice versa. Be thoughtful with what you fill your plate and listen to what your body is telling you.
