    40 Days to a Healthier Happier ChristmasExercise Tip #5:  Develop a “Move it More” mentality. I am writing this while on my stationary bike. Choose to take the stairs instead of the elevator. Park further from the door. When traveling a short distance, walk or ride your bike. Walk around when chatting on your cell phone or at your child’s soccer game.  Start a walking group at work during your coffee break. All these little activities will add up, increasing your metabolism so you can lose weight easier.
