    40 Days to a Healthier Happier ChristmasNow it can be next too impossible to eat healthy 100% of the time, especially during the Christmas season.  If you set your standards too high, you may just become discouraged and give up.  Begin by taking a few small steps towards a healthier diet.  Determine what % of your diet is healthy and decide to increase that by 10 or 20%.  A few small steps carried out consistently will bring you much closer to a healthier lifestyle than trying too change everything over night and then giving up after a few weeks. This is an important concept to remember after Christmas when making your new year’s resolutions!
